What each order includes: 25 premium, single oysters, hand-harvested by Seaborn Oyster Co.

Where to pick up: After your purchase is complete, your oysters will be available for pickup at Monarch Wine Merchants (1107 King Street, Charleston, SC 29403) during normal business hours.* For maximum quality and freshness, please pick up your oysters within 24 hours of purchase. Don’t forget to ask for wine pairing recommendations from the experts at Monarch.

*During the ongoing pandemic, please call ahead to Monarch Wines for an easy curbside pickup (843.576.4845). Monarch’s hours of operation: Monday - Saturday, 11AM - 8PM / Sunday, 12PM - 5PM.

How to transport and handle: Be sure to bring a small cooler and ice to transport your oysters from Monarch to their final destination. Oysters must be refrigerated (below 45 degrees Fahrenheit). Consume within seven days of harvest date as shown on enclosed SALE TAG.

Availability: Limited quantities available depending on tide and weather. We’ll post to Instagram whenever a fresh harvest is posted for sale.
